Before I come to my review of Morning Ritual Mastery, I would like to write a few words about its developer, Stefan James.
Stefan James is an Internet entrepreneur, life and business coach, and philanthropist.
So, if you have any doubts about its authenticity or credibility, I can take those doubts away completely. I have been following Stefan on social media for a few years now and have already purchased several of his programs. He is absolutely integer and trustworthy. So much for his person and now I come to my overview and evaluation of the course Morning Ritual Mastery which is an online course by Stefan James.

What does the course contain?


It consists of 13 lessons and a quiz. You can watch a video or listen to the audio version every day. It gives you instructions on what you should do. You can also print out the corresponding materials.
The main part of the course is a 7-day program where you will be guided through all the aspects you need to consider when developing an energizing morning ritual.
The goal is, of course, to develop a morning ritual for your whole life, and this course can really be a great help.
After a general introduction to the course by Stefan, it starts with day one.

  • The three areas ‘body, mind, and spirit‘ should be addressed in your ritual.
  • It is not about a general ritual for everyone, but rather that everyone finds the best individual ritual for themselves.
  • Get started! This is a very important statement! Because it is such a frequent and also very familiar procedure for me to put things off. If you want to make a change, then start right now. It does not have to be perfect. The pure act of starting gives you the necessary push for the next days and weeks.
  • “Why do you want it? Why can’t you make it so far”? Search for reasons (so-called limiting beliefs) and write them down. Then change your reasons and beliefs into a positive attitude towards the morning ritual.

Day 2: Body

Today it is all about the body. The following aspects have to be considered:

  • Start with a smile,
  • watch your liquid balance – water (best with lemon),
  • integrate one kind of movement (running, stretching exercises, yoga, dancing, etc.),
  • maybe you wanna a cold shower,
  • Take care of healthy nutrition, for example with fruit and vegetables
  • Always be creative with your morning routine!

Day 3: Mind

On day three you learn about the following things and questions:

  • Which feelings do you want to feel or strengthen?
  • Doing affirmations and incantations
  • Ask yourself empowering questions like “What is it that makes you happy right now?”
  • You learn where to put your focus.
  • In this phase of your routine, you also could write down your goals and affirmations to your goal.
  • This would also be the right time for Visualization/ or a Vision Board.
  • Reading and listening to audiobooks would be another good action to do now.
  • Or another good ritual would be writing a journal.

Day 4: Spirit

On day 4 it all revolves around the spirit. For this purpose you could do things like this:

  • Being grateful
  • Pray
  • Meditate
  • Celebrate your life
  • and other empowering actions

Day 5: Your own routine

Now it is time for you to create your own morning ritual

  • Start your own routine!
  • Write your rituals down in detail so that you can check off your routine activities every morning.
  • Set an alarm for the routine.
  • ‘You always have time for something when it really matters to you!’

Day 6: Example routines

  • On this day Stefan provides three morning routines in different lengths as video or mp3.
  • I have tried them for you and me and can only say that although I already have my own routine running, they brought me new input and had a positive influence on my attitude.
  • His routines always start with the same approximately 15-minute instruction by him. Afterward, wonderful uplifting music is played. During this ‘music-time’ you can either train your body again or write in your journal.
    Of course, you do this according to your taste.

Day 7: Final advice

  • Stefan explains why it is good to prescribe a 30-day morning ritual challenge for yourself and how this works best – namely with ‘carrot and stick’, i.e. you reward yourself for success and ‘punish’ yourself for failure, e.g. if you skip a day of your routine.
  • In order to throw yourself into it with all your zeal, it is best to get someone to support you and tackle this challenge together with you. Another option is to use social media, i.e. post, and write about your own challenge to inspire and persevere.
  • You also have the opportunity to unlock other bonuses (videos) during the course.
